What is the jewelry made of?

Gold filled material, Zinc Alloy, or Sterling Silver. This will vary by piece and will be made known in product descriptions.

Zinc Alloy is a very common type of material used by many jewelry manufacturers & safe for wear. 

The zinc alloy is Tarnish resistant! However, it is possible that the colour will fade over time or turn if excessively exposed to water. We do provide a lifetime warranty on our products as well. Here is an article that provides some details on Zinc alloy:

Like most metals, zinc alloy can tarnish and discolour. Depending on care & exposure to certain conditions, this can happen very quickly, or take several months. With proper care your pieces should last longer.

What happens if one of my items breaks?

TrueSpirit Co. is committed to ensuring great customer service and a positive experience. We are more than pleased to offer our TrueSpirit Fam a lifetime guarantee if your product is damaged, fades or is defective during normal wear (with proper care). This guarantee entitles you to a one-time replacement of the piece unless, as determined solely by TrueSpirit Co., your piece was intentionally damaged. In the event that we no longer carry the product, you will be permitted to exchange your piece for another of equal or lesser value.
