Processing time: 3-5 business days

Please note: processing times may extend when larger batches come in or when an order was custom requested. Custom request orders are made to order and materials are ordered specifically for your request. Because of this, These orders may take 1-2 weeks to process.

I take pride in crafting select pieces by hand, with loving intention, and care. my commitment to providing you with a truly unique and positive experience extends beyond the ordinary, incorporating special processes such as sound baths for energetic cleansing and reiki charging.

Please be aware that these additional steps contribute to the unique energy and quality of your pieces but may contribute to the extension of our processing times. i appreciate your patience and understanding as i take the necessary time to ensure your order is perfected.

Shipping Domestic

Orders ship wednesday’s + saturday’s (see processing times for more info). truespirit co. ships to any state within the united states. usps priority shipping arrives in 2-3 business days once shipped.

Shipping International

international shipping is only available in select countries at this time. you may email me with any specific international requests and I will let you know if your location can be accommodated. Tracking information and notification will be sent once your package has been shipped.

Returns

If you receive a package that was damaged in transit, (PLEASE PROVIDE PHOTO OF THE DAMAGE AND SEND TO info@true-spirit.co) I’ll need photo evidence to submit to the shipping provider. Once received, I’ll gladly send out a replacement.
However, if you’re not 100% pleased with the product, please notify me and I’ll be happy to honor an exchange with an item more fitting. Buyer has 14 days from the date of receipt to submit an exchange.


**Return shipping cost is the buyer's responsibility.**

CANCELLATIONS

If you wish to cancel or modify an order, please do so as soon as possible.

Once shipped, refunds will not be given for cancellations, shipping upgrades can’t be implemented and addresses can’t be changed.

** Any refunds will appear back on the credit card used 3-5 days after applied.

Most pieces + items are handmade on demand; as such all items will be similar, but will not be the same, as images on the website. Exact sizing, color distribution, bubbles (presence, location, size or lack of) are all variable piece to piece. Any such variations in color (hues) and characteristics occurring in these products do not constitute a defect in the quality or appearance of the product. Anyone purchasing such items agrees and accepts these naturally occurring variations. Returns and refunds will not be considered for aesthetic issues.
